On the Government website for the United Republic, (a country that I made online, using the queen Elizabeth islands) I just added this law.

Any person who becomes deceased for any and all reasons must :

* Be Identified through traditional means like paperwork, photo identification, school records, medical records, state licensing and so on.
If such is entirely elusive for more than eight workdays, attempts to identify the body through Criminal records, mental hospital stays and drug rehab centers may commence for eight days.
If those investigations produce no results, then attempts to find a parent, a child, a grandchild, or a relative or spouse or former employer of the body must commence.
If none can be found within Sixteen days, then the body must be automatically named by the state for formal purposes, and given a state birth certificate, a federal photo identification card, a federal healthcare card and issued a death certificate.

(the original identification of the deceased is to supercede any state issued identification, should the true identification of the deceased party be established at a later time)

* Have a full forensic Autopsy including a thorough physical examination of the body, a full dissection of the body and exploratory surgery, DNA Identification, DNA testing with full genome layout and decoding, full Blood testing for all known diseases and Toxicology testing, and a complete Biochemical Analysis and a cause of death must be established.

* It is unlawful in the United Republic to bury Human bodies or to Store or warehouse Human bodies, or to cremate Human bodies through burning.
The only lawful method of disposition of Human bodies in the United Republic is through Bio-Cremation through alkaline hydrolysis, otherwise known as "Resomation".

The Wastewater that is produced through the Bio-Cremation process is unfit for Human consumption and can only be used to water NON-Agricultural plants and grass.

* Should a cause of death not be established during the autopsy, the body must be stored frozen by the state.

Only if the body is identified by the family of the deceased before the Autopsy, a brief two hour funeral may be held by the family, with an agreement that custody of the body belongs to the state.

What do you think of that policy ?
