We started to watch this for the sole reason that Russel Crowe is starring in it.
That was a bad choice. We lasted about 20 minutes.
It is amateur hour. I swear, if a high school wannabe director was given a few $million and Russel Crowe to make a horror movie - this would be the result.
The acting is ridiculously stereotypical. The scenes are ridiculously predictable. It is cheesy and campy, except it is not supposed to be.
It is sooo bad.

If only the movie was 1/8th as good as the trailer...

I usually don't watch those types of movies but since it was fat Russell Crowe I figured why not.

I liked it.....OP should have made it past 20 minutes.

Watched it last night. The beginning is a little slow, but it does pick up. I didn't realize it was based on a real person and events (exorcisms) until the very end. All in all, it's worth watching.
