Nor Condolence nor mourning days!

At the current time, Syrians may not leave the country. Those who cowardly flee the country instead of helping out may be considered not worth to carry Syrian passports. However, a normal identity card or a passport should be owned by every citizen, anyway. So your question is obsolete. The city of Damascus alone currently hosts over three million refugees.
