The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on Wednesday revised down its tally of total employment in March 2023 by 306,000.

Will the democrats admit they were wrong?

You want Democrats...to apologize for 311,500 job growth a month?

Sure, as soon as Republicans will get on their knees to beg for forgiveness for 2.7 millions jobs lost under Trump. :slap:
/---/ Oh it's getting worse.
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co. economists expect the government’s preliminary benchmark revisions on Wednesday to show payrolls growth in the year through March was at least 600,000 weaker than currently estimated — about 50,000 a month.

While JPMorgan Chase & Co. forecasters see a decline of about 360,000,
Goldman Sachs indicates it could be as large as a million.
There are a number of caveats in the preliminary figure, but a downward revision to employment of more than 501,000 would be the largest in 15 years and suggest the labor market has been cooling for longer — and perhaps more so — than originally thought. The final numbers are due early next year.

Stop passing the buck. Who wrote and signed the EO. Cuomo or Trump?
The “New York State on Pause” Executive Order
In an effort to further mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the Governor of
New York, Andrew M. Cuomo, has issued a new directive that all non-essential
businesses statewide must close in-office personnel functions effective 8PM on
Sunday, March 22. Information concerning the Governor’s action is available at

Trump holds the record for negative revision of his fake jobs numbers.

These things get done every year, year in and year out no matter who is sitting in the White House.

The initial reports are put out before all the data is known, thus things are changed. It is standard fare in Statistics, but everyone needs a boogieman to freak out over.

Nice buck passing.

Now tell us again how Democrats need to appologize for monthly 300,000+ job growth.
/---/ democRAT governors firing them and then rehiring them isn't job growth. And they are revising the number down. Quit while you can.

You conclude (WRONGLY) that every COVID job lost under trump and the TOTAL jobs under biden is a 'rehire'.
This is simply incorrect.

May '22 the COVID LOST jobs returned to even.
That took 26 months (March 2020 to May 2022)
In the next 18 months (May 2022 to Oct 23) 4.5 Million jobs.
That math is 4.5/18 = 250,000 per month.
And this has continue into Aug 2024.

No? not going to tell us again how Democrats need to appologize for monthly 300,000+ job growth?

Probably because you now understand how silly your thread is. :itsok:

For a dem regime it is low, but he gifted the Trump jobs, who had gotten us down to 3.5 percent, all Xide and Harris had to do was let people backto work after Covid....and they screwed that up
See post #109.

Do you see the continuous growth since the trump bottom?

Even with the revision that’s nearly FOUR MILLION jobs on a year folks

That’s spectacular!
