Trump Could Regret His Lawsuit Over Mar-a-Lago Raid

Dumbass, if that's true, then how come Trump and his lawyers didn't claim it in a court of law?

Instead, Trump claimed that those documents belonged to him.

Even in this lawsuit there are zero claims that confiscated documents were in fact found at Mar-A-Lago.
They admitted that, stupid.

Admitted what? Flasifying evidence? Wtf are you nutters talking about?

You probably don't even understand a difference between a photo released to public and ACTUAL HARD EVIDENCE used in the criminal case against Trump.

Trump Could Regret His Lawsuit Over Mar-a-Lago Raid

According to legal analysts, trump's lawsuit over the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago property could backfire.

Former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance said in a post on X that she would “‘welcome’” the lawsuit if she were at the DOJ. As a civil case, it would involve the discovery process and trump would be deposed under oath. And trump avoids any activity that requires telling the truth.

So, we know trump will drop the lawsuit when discovery begins, after all, this is “‘a predictable Trump litigation strategy.’” It’s more likely the lawsuit will be dismissed because there's no evidence to prove trump's claims that the raid was part of a “‘political prosecution’”.

Suing the DOJ is just more trump bullsh!t.

Trump loves dipshit lawsuits that fail, but deliver red meat messaging to his base.

Its not about the suit. Its about the appearance of fighting the DOJ. Even when the lawsuit is pseudo-legal dipshit nonsense. Its not like his supporters know a fucking thing about the law.

I live in reality where you Trumptard idiots are constantly posting falsehoods someone shit in your head.

You can't explain where you got your claims or what they have to do with reality.

You live in the reality created by your echo chamber, not actual reality.

Yep, and that's the crux of it. He lies like he breathes.

It would be a little awkward for him to plead the Fifth (again) in a suit HE BROUGHT.

Predictable whining in an opinion piece coming from MSN.

Joe Biden gets a pass from possession and OBVIOUS mishandling of classified documents as a SENATOR (absolutely no authority to hold classified docs). Trump gets 37 indictments. Complete political bias by the DOJ. And go.
Simple:

Biden did not do a single thing Trump is criminally charged with doing. So your comparison fails badly.

So that argument fails badly.

Got another?

What a load of legal BS.
No, those are facts in the public record.

This is what happens when you refuse to read any of the relevant material, like the indictment.

You end up just being ignorant and wrong and having false beliefs.

So your first argument was useless. Got another?

They staged evidence.
That is a major crime.
Jack Smith might go to prison.
There's a thought. If Smith were a private citizen, he could potentially counter-sue Trump personally for libel damages if the documents Trump stole really were what the govt claimed. Smith could potentially say Trump's lies damaged him financially is securing employment.

IF that happened, Trump couldn't dismiss his suit, and Smith would be free to wreck havoc on Trump via discovery.

if it's outta Cannon's court, it'd be .... sweeet.
