The USSC CANNOT formally base a ruling on...

...the knowledge that the Petitioner is lying his ass off!

Hence, we have the 9-0 ruling by the Court that the IRS must turn over Donald Trump's tax returns. Specifically, the Petitioner (congressional committee) asserts that it wants Trump's tax returns to use them to assess possible future changes to the Internal Revenue Code.

This assertion is patently and obviously false, and the individual Justices of the USSC know this - they are not idiots - but they cannot refuse the Committee because the assertion is part of the Record, and that justification is sufficient.

We all know that the Committee wants the returns to identify possible tax evasion, to find points on which they can embarrass or slander the said taxpayer, or to launch yet another "investigation" which they would want to last until well into the 2024 primary season. How many hours will go by from the time when the returns arrive with the Committee until embarrassing details are leaked to the NYT? 24? Less?

Leftists are evil. Never forget that.

So, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett (appointed by Rump)...not to mention, Thomas, Alito, and Roberts are all leftists now? LOL

And you retards wonder why no one takes you seriously. :itsok:
