That sounds like intimidation as have seen the description on the offense as pulling or display with the intent to intimidate or cause fear. Second, I have heard of a Trump supporter that has killed anyone, unlike the Trump supporter that was MURDERED in Portland by a DNC/Antifa thug this summer.
