oh a year ago? I am still a little surprised-----I always thought of BULGARIA as kinda middle eastern----especially its cuisine---
I think Bulgarian jews are considered Sephardic (don't quote me---I did not check) there are lots of muslims in Bulgaria---
did they have something to say about it?
