Hardly call it an injustice to a twice impeached criminal with 91 offenses and four criminal indictments., What is it with you bozos that makes you love criminals so much.
Because he’s a scum bag..Why should he pay anything?
Well, maybe it’s the real thing…..
/——-/ Mr Wonderful sounds the alarm over NY actions that have world wide implications. Nice work shooting yourselves in the foot, NY Libtards. SNICKER.The form document declaring the value of Trump's property assets that banks require for very large multi million dollar loans, was submitted by Trump's Accounting firm and CERTIFIED to be TRUE, ACCURATE.
Banks take the CERTIFIED document by the licenced Accounting firm, to be accurate, and use it.
He wasn't punished without due process. Trump had a jury trial for the punishment phase...?There is now. No crime or tort was ever charged. Trump was found guilty by decree and punished without due process.
Trump gets his second set of eyes as Mr.Wonderful wants, in appellate court./——-/ Mr Wonderful sounds the alarm over NY actions that have world wide implications. Nice work shooting yourselves in the foot, NY Libtards. SNICKER.
The T.V. personality went on to add that "we [U.S.] are the bastion of safety when it comes to investing large pools of capital. That's what America represents. We have property rights. We have an appellate system. We have law people trust, and we give you good returns with the least amount of resistance."
Kevin O'Leary warns NY Trump fraud case is 'concerning financial markets' around the world
O'Leary Ventures Chairman Kevin O'Leary scrutinized the New York judicial system as Trump is at risk of having his assets seized if he doesn't secure the $464M bondwww.foxbusiness.com
It was not a jury trial (not that it mattered at that point). He wasn't punished without due process. Trump had a jury trial for the punishment phase...?
Both of those deals are time-barred by the statute of limitations. The OPO deal closed in 2013 and the Ferry Point deal closed in 2012.
- The biggest fines yet against Trump: Engoron found that the defendants’ fraud saved them about $168 million in interest, fining Trump and his companies that amount. He also ruled that Trump and his companies were liable for $126 million in ill-gotten profits from the sale of the Old Post Office in Washington, DC, and that Trump and his companies were liable for $60 million in profits from the sale of Ferry Point in the Bronx. Engoron also wrote that Trump would be required for interest on those payments.

YupExperts: Trump Truth Social post "dumbest thing he could've done"
“Now he can’t claim hardship to get a stay,” Norm Eisen says after Trump boasts $500 million “IN CASH.”www.salon.com
“This is so dumb—now he can’t claim hardship to get a stay. AG Tish James can help herself, including to this supposed money!” wrote CNN legal analyst Norm Eisen.
Former Watergate prosecutor Nick Akerman agreed that the post was “the dumbest thing he could have possibly done.”
“That is a direct admission by him that he has the money,” he told CNN in a clip flagged by Mediaite. “Now, keep in mind, even with this operating money or cash that he supposedly has, if he doesn’t pony up and put up a bond, Letitia James is going to be able to go in and basically put restraining orders on all of his bank accounts. Everything that relates to him and all of that money is going to be tied up and frozen. So if he’s really got that money, he’s got to put it up.”
Yes….of course. This is a civil offense. If you go to court and are adjudged responsible for fraud….and the judge says your fine will be determined by a jury, that’s on you.,that you don't understand the difference between civil and criminal proceedings is no one’s fault but your own. .If you receive a notice that you are guilty of something and are ordered to show up to court to hear the punishment, have you been afforded due process?
You fail to understand one other thing…due process is a balance. “Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it.“It was not a jury trial (not that it mattered at that point).
