Why should he go on Megyn Kelly's show? So she can ask him about miss universe and rosie odonell and his taxes? I never heard the nauseous Megyn speak of what Trump proposes for this nation with all its very dire economic and social crises. I never hear Kelly speak of Hillary's plans.
