The biggest loser of COVID 19 is will probably be China in the sense that with the negative hype of COVID 19 and its effect on the world economy companies will now go to other sources as their supply chain.

Other Asian countries and even Mexico will probably get the business. Outsourcing will continue but (the go to country) China will be the looser.

Still China is the most populated country in the world and most businesses will not be able to resist it. If the Chinese are spending money on goods and even Trump acknowledged that by making a deal to allow them to buy soybeans and other agricultural products.

I guess he got tired of giving them money ( 39 billion) in direct subsidies.

Still it appears that with all the hype (relating to outsourcing and bring jobs back to the US) , that it will just be outsourced to another country.
