I wouldn't be surprised if, within the next four years, we fight WW3 with China, North Korea, and Russia (they have defense agreements with one another, hence to fight one is to fight all of them). It's also possible that we will have a second civil war. The American Civil War 2.

I have a British friend who has a permanent green card. He likes living here but never wanted to become a US citizen. I can't imagine paying all those taxes and receiving no benefits. But I do see how point , especially now that America is so hostile to immigrants. Didn't think I'd ever live to see the day America would embrace fascism.. If it wasn't home I'd leave to. Somebody has to stay here and try to make it better again.

Citizenship is a privilege. Privileges come with responsibilities as well as benefits. No one can be " told " to become a citizen , they must choose it.

1. There were no food issues or high prices during Clinton, Bush, Obama, or Trump-45, with 30+ million or so deported.

2. The only runaway inflation happened when Joe Biden let 12,000,000 or so illegals into the US and gave them free food and free housing.

3. The obvious answer is to deport millions of illegal freeloaders. The law of "supply & demand" will lower food prices.

4. Trump knows that his last two years depend upon how well he does during the 1st two years. Lower energy prices and mass deportations can only help his chances of success.
