Yeah, these same polls that had Hillary up by 12 points before the election are showing that at this time in both Presidents administration, Trump is slightly higher than Bill Clinton, which means he is likely about 14 points higher in honest polling.

Trump has a really low approval rating—but it surpasses where Bill Clinton stood at this point in his first term
