Trump is a clear and present danger: he fears an independent judiciary

When Judges Like Sotomeyer and others make blatant comments about deciding cases based not on the law but how they think as Latinos or any other race we sure as hell do NOT have an impartial judiciary
In your opinion, I s'pose.
That's not opinion. Our judicial system is a joke.
Of course it is your and RGSs uninformed opinion.

you babble.
True, but he believes that this thread is going somewhere as well.....................

The fact you are all whinging and whining carries the op. You don't know what is an independent judiciary. You have no idea of the difference between Rule by Law and Rule by Man. Not too worry, because you won't be making the final decision on any of this.

Once again as dictated by the Constitution the US Federal Courts are solely dependent on the Congress to establish them maintain them and support them. Judges are solely dependent on the President to Nominate them and the Senate to approve them. Hardly independent.

Independent in their duties not their appointments.

Anyone who believes the courts were ever independent is living in a fantasy.
