A President can only be President TWICE, get that and he cannot if he wins run after 4 years again.I have read the 22nd Amendment.
It's about not allowing a consecutive 3rd term of a setting president..
The amendment does't address or forbid the situation where a former president that's been out of office is limited to only serving 1 or 2 more terms.
