Another judge threw trump another loss in his quest to destroy Obamacare and make sure tens of millions of American are kicked off insurance and can never buy it again in their lives.

This second loss this week is about those crappy policies that don't cover much of anything and leaves the patient with either a big medical bill or without proper treatment for their condition.

Court deals Trump second blow this week on health care

A mere bag of shells on the road to MAGA that will be overcome while Trump had 23 other victories this week! Trump forges ahead.

That Judge is considering it a right rather than privilege. Writing law from the bench.

The left hates capitalism. They hate people doing stuff on their own. They hate individualism.
They hate the principles that america was built on. Some might not, some might not think they do.. but the vast majority do. And it is obvious.

If you want to be taken seriously, and you obviously don't, you won't post such ridiculous garbage.
This sort of stuff is why Trump is president and will likely see a second term.

Try some Bag Balm on that chapped ass of yours.

Really?

Then why has trump made sure the DOJ doesn't defend Obamacare in court?

Why has trump asked the judge to rule all of Obamacare unconstitutional? The lawsuit says the protections for preexisting conditions is unconstitutional, trump agrees and says not just the protections for preexisting conditions is unconstitutional but all of the law is.

The lawsuit specifically goes after protections for preexisting conditions yet you say that trump and the republicans aren't trying to make sure the tens of millions of Americans are kicked off their insurance plan and can never buy it again in their lives.

Did you even read the article? Do you even know what that lawsuit is about?

If you did, you wouldn't have posted that reply.

ObamaCare unconstitutional? What to know
"Twenty states, including Texas, filed a case claiming that without the penalty, the mandate can no longer be upheld as a tax. On top of that, they said if the mandate is struck down, the entire law should be nullified because the provision is so vital."
This is what happens when you build the Obama Care white elephant on a foundation that cannot survive examination.

If the mandate that was called a "tax" by John Roberts, even though the Obama administration never did that, is struck down then it cannot be mandatory and the whole law falls apart.

No one can be compelled to sign up for Obama Care
and that includes young healthy people who don't want and can't afford it, and those who had to abandon their own health care plans for the more expensive and less desirable Obama Care plans.

Much better to scrap the whole unworkable mess.

Without the mandate, it isn't a tax. Therefore, it is blatantly unconstitutional.

Have you actually read the constitution?

Because from your post and others I highly doubt you have or if you have you just don't understand what the words mean.

Learn about the Commerce Clause in the constitution. That clause gives our government the power to regulate commerce.

So adding regulations to insurance is very constitutional.

Try another lie and this time don't make it so easy to rip apart.

You are talking about something other than what I replied to.

I showed you how the republicans are trying to make it legal for an insurance company to kick people off their policy and never be able to buy insurance again.

It's the preexisting conditions clause which was at the heart of the case in Texas with 19 red states.

The reasoning was if the mandate is gone, then the preexisting conditions clause protections are unconstitutional. Which I don't see how it can be since it's just regulations on insurance and the Commerce Clause gives the government the power to regulate business.

So you were lying when you called me a liar. The republicans and trump want to eliminate preexisting conditions protections. Which will result in millions being kicked off their policy and never being able to buy insurance again.

Insurance can call anything a preexisting condition. Even an ear infection. So be careful of what you wish for, it just. might end up killing you.

Lol. The commerce clause was intended for congress to watch out for state legislation, for the most part. Discrimination. Unconstitutional laws etc.
Your ridiculous manufacturing of its intent is a typical statist response. To use something so loosely would give congress unlimited powers over state legislation and the market.
Its ridiculous.
Congress or the president do not have powers to regulate personal business unles their practices infringe on peoples rights.
Would you like to try again, smart ass?

You're going to have to show me where in the constitution that it's only meant for what you stated. In fact the constitution doesn't say that. It just says that the government can regulate commerce.

If what you say is true, why did the bush boy's DOJ prosecute a woman in California for giving free marijuana brownies to AIDs patients using the commerce clause? The woman was found guilty using the commerce clause. She didn't sell those brownies to AIDs patients and the law of California makes it legal for medical use of marijuana at the time.

The Commerce Clause is used for any commerce in America.

And if the commerce clause is meant for discrimination, why was the 14th Amendment established? What you're saying doesn't make sense nor is it true.

Try another lie.

That's not what republicans are doing despite you assurances to the contrary. The goal is to eliminate the failed experiment of Obama Care socialist medicine. Not to terminate insurance for people with preexisting conditions.
Stop lying now.

No, you are still a liar or at the very least extremely ignorant or ill informed.

The republicans and trump want to eliminate preexisting conditions protections. Which will result in millions being kicked off their policy and never being able to buy insurance again.

Omg. Researching the constitution is more than just reading the words.
Like how you statists think the second amendments "well regulated" means guns and ammo can be regulated. Thats not what it means.
The constitution is a document that limits the fed govs power. Why would they give it unlimited power in the same document? You make no sense.

All these lies from Dana. She forgets that even Roberts ruled that using the Commerce Clause was unconstitutional. He essentially rewrote the law to make it a tax (which Obama NEVER called it. It was always a penalty, thus illegal). All those people getting "thrown off their plans"? Vastly overblown. Most of those people would opt out of the garbage Obozocare plans and go back to their old plans which covered everything the needed (despite your lies). Yet not a peep out of your mouth about the Dems wanting to throw EVERYBODY off their insurance. As for your marijuana fallacy: marijuana is illegal at a federal level. Thus prosecution was certainly an option and was their decision. Break the law and take that chance.
