You’d have a point if that’s all he did . Those cuts were just a cover for the BIG tax breaks he gave big biz and millionaires.

Crumbs to the working man while the rich feasted . You get a payroll tax cut (but we eliminated pretty much all working class deductions so it’s a net loss in the end ).

it's a ridiculous measure for a stimulus in this crisis...

people are going to lose their jobs, and won't have a paycheck TO GET THE STIMULUS, those still working will not even notice the cut it will be so small... no one will stimulate the economy with it because no one will be going out shopping in malls, or going on cruises or vacations with the weekly pittance....

sigh....

since we are more than broke, better plan for the federal gvt's budget on Unemployment going way up and putting money in to that kitty, perhaps?

or money set aside to pay for citizen's hospital bills and doctors for COVID19... and paying for sick leave for those sick or quarantined.... is a good idea....
