Now, those here legally have 1st Amendment rights also. If they do something illegal they can be deported but protest is a protected right. No court is going to do anything about anyone exercising their 1st Amendment rights.

Yes, you do need to explain everything. That would still be a difficult task. You can't take a hammer to every nut as much as it might be popular to declare. Even foreign citizens have rights. In fact, it has been explained to me that even if I were in the U.S I would be protected by the Constitution.

Now if they are in America illegally, that is different. Your schools accepted them and you provided them a Visa. If they break the law, then you can act.

Perhaps you should start with the 10M or so who are illegally in the U.S first before you reach fro the low hanging fruit of dumb students.

Now, if there is foreign state funding of protests and violence, you have reason. Or, if these students engage in criminal activity. I know it isn't convenient but we need the U.S to be the bastion of freedom. As much as I may despise what these kids often say and how ignorant they are to history, as one great man once said "I may disagree with what you have to say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it".
