That's assuming you were working in the first place. Since military are excluded from the Current Population Survey, they're not part of the population, let alone labor force. Discharged military collecting disability, then, won't cause unemployment to go down.
And 13.5 million disabled age 65 and older? None of them were retired first?

So you have to show that the disabled actually had an effect.
