If you have enough of the same/similar type, it's not a big deal to pull needed parts off of one that something else broke on.

You can rest assured that those vehicles were/are provided by the US... as were their weapons, fuel, food and the intelligence that allowed them to ease into a large chunk of the Middle East.

Or have you not heard the obama/clinton are the founders of ISIS.
