During yesterdays interview with Musk, Trump was applauding Musk firing people for going on strike. It's illegal to fire people for going on strike in the US. The UAW filed federal labor charges against the duo.

Legally, it won't probably accomplish much but it will put attention on Trumps anti-labor stance, making it more difficult for trump to attract the average joe voter.

Trumps anti-labor position as 20M illegal immigrants arrive to replace workers with new workers willing to work under the table for less than minimum wage.

Legally, it should be instantly thrown out because the UAW has no standing in the case. The employees aren't UAW employees.

Companies would be be breaking the law under your scenario. And yes you'd be working for minimum wage if it werent for the UAW.

Musk didn't fire them because they were threatening to strike; they were threatening to strike because he was firing them en masse.

How in the world can you file federal labor charges against a civilian who isn't affiliated with a labor union? The crooked union Hoffa types must be desperate

Musk fired people who wanted to continue working at home.
