It looks like Republicans will release the Kraken on Jan 6. It will be fun watching the Republicans explaining to the entire country why Biden is a fraud.

Ten US Senators are discussing plans to join Senator Josh Hawley in objecting to the 2020 fraudulent election results.
According to Jack Posobiec they are upset with Mitch McConnell’s ABSOLUTE failure to follow President Trump’s lead and issue $2,000 checks to the American people.
Seven GOP senators signed the letter and FOUR GOP Senators-elect signed on!
Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), James Lankford (R-Okla.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Mike Braun (R-Ind.)
Four Senators-Elect signed on:
Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.) Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.)
Here is the joint statement released on Saturday.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Lauren Bianchi: [email protected] January 2, 2021
Joint Statement from Senators Cruz, Johnson, Lankford, Daines, Kennedy, Blackburn, Braun, Senators-Elect Lummis, Marshall, Hagerty, Tuberville
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), James Lankford (R-Okla.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), and Mike Braun (R-Ind.), and Senators-Elect Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.), and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) issued the following statement in advance of the Electoral College certification process on January 6, 2021:
“America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law.
“When the voters fairly decide an election, pursuant to the rule of law, the losing candidate should acknowledge and respect the legitimacy of that election. And, if the voters choose to elect a new office-holder, our Nation should have a peaceful transfer of power.
“The election of 2020, like the election of 2016, was hard fought and, in many swing states, narrowly decided. The 2020 election, however, featured unprecedented allegations of voter fraud, violations and lax enforcement of election law, and other voting irregularities.
Voter fraud has posed a persistent challenge in our elections, although its breadth and scope are disputed. By any measure, the allegations of fraud and irregularities in the 2020 election exceed any in our lifetimes.
“And those allegations are not believed just by one individual candidate. Instead, they are widespread.
Reuters/Ipsos polling tragically, shows that 39% of Americans believe ‘the election was rigged.’ That belief is held by Republicans (67%), Democrats (17%), and Independents (31%).
Some Members of Congress disagree with that assessment, as do many members of the media.
“But, whether or not our elected officials or journalists believe it, that deep distrust of our democratic processes will not magically disappear. It should concern us all. And it poses an ongoing threat to the legitimacy of any subsequent administrations.
“Ideally, the courts would have heard evidence and resolved these claims of serious election fraud. Twice, the Supreme Court had the opportunity to do so; twice, the Court declined.
“On January 6, it is incumbent on Congress to vote on whether to certify the 2020 election results. That vote is the lone constitutional power remaining to consider and force resolution of the multiple allegations of serious voter fraud.
At that quadrennial joint session, there is long precedent of Democratic Members of Congress raising objections to presidential election results, as they did in 1969, 2001, 2005, and 2017. And, in both 1969 and 2005, a Democratic Senator joined with a Democratic House Member in forcing votes in both houses on whether to accept the presidential electors being challenged.
“The most direct precedent on this question arose in 1877, following serious allegations of fraud and illegal conduct in the Hayes-Tilden presidential race. Specifically, the elections in three states—Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina—were alleged to have been conducted illegally.
“In 1877, Congress did not ignore those allegations, nor did the media simply dismiss those raising them as radicals trying to undermine democracy. Instead, Congress appointed an Electoral Commission—consisting of five Senators, five House Members, and five Supreme Court Justices—to consider and resolve the disputed returns.
“We should follow that precedent. To wit, Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed.
Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified’ (the statutory requisite), unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed.
“We are not naïve. We fully expect most if not all Democrats, and perhaps more than a few Republicans, to vote otherwise. But support of election integrity should not be a partisan issue. A fair and credible audit—conducted expeditiously and completed well before January 20—would dramatically improve Americans’ faith in our electoral process and would significantly enhance the legitimacy of whoever becomes our next President. We owe that to the People.
“These are matters worthy of the Congress, and entrusted to us to defend. We do not take this action lightly. We are acting not to thwart the democratic process, but rather to protect it. And every one of us should act together to ensure that the election was lawfully conducted under the Constitution and to do everything we can to restore faith in our Democracy.”

Why is shit like that all that you have? Scan the ballots. Prove there was no fraud.
lol. prove there was no fraud, he queefs.
Then stop asking Trump for his taxes. Scan the ballots or admit guilt.
We've seen that there's no fraud.

Nobody has seen his taxes.

False equivalency is FALSE.
Wrong, shit for brains. We've seen abundant evidence that this election was a swindle.
then present the evidence to courts. I am sure with your expertise you will be able to find Trump appointed judges and will be able to save Trump’s ass.
All you proved is that you're a jackass. You can't present evidence to a court if that court refuses to look at it.
The courts did look at what was presented and it wasn't evidence so they dismissed the cases as they should. What you Trump boot lickers can't seem to understand is that allegations are not proof..and oh ya..signed affidavits are just allegations.
Wrong. They didn't look at any evidenc.e
Exactly! There is no evidence.

Look up, Comrade traitor...
I'd rather look up the 59 law suits that were lost over non-existent voter fraud. That's more fun.

You'd do anything to avoid the mountains of evidence proving the massive fraud by you Communists.

Wrong. They didn't look at any evidenc.e
Exactly! There is no evidence.
There has not been one evidentiary hearing. You are lying.
You should know that before an injunction can schedule an evidentiary hearing, they have to first prove that they are more likely than not to prevail on the merits of their complaint.

This is like a playoff game. You bring your best game, because you only have one shot, so you bring all the evidence up front. If Trumps lawyers didn't do that, it's because they either don't have the evidence, or weren't willing to present it. Either way they had their shot, and the evidence came up short.

If you want to dispute the election I suggest you ask Doc Emmett Brown for a ride in his Delorean.
Wrong. Electoral votes can be disputed until Jan 6, and they will be.
You're right. Electoral votes cast on December 14th can be disputed on January 6th.
Elections can't be. And the only thing congress can do is throw out EC votes. Not change them. And it takes both houses of congress to agree to throw out any EC votes.

Republicans are a fraud

There is no longer any semblance of rational thought or credibility. They have sold their souls to Donald J Trump
They have sold their souls to this country and what it stands for. Trump is an after thought. Americans will not stand for a stolen election. People like you are to selfish and arrogant to realize something like that still exists and they are going to make themselves heard. With or without Republicans.

because of Trump.

I don't know why they think their hate of Trump justifies anything they do.

It's a form of insanity.

This will do nothing, Since an objection has to be voted on separately in both chambers and unless both chambers vote and agree with said objection then the votes are still counted. So all this is doing is stirring up anger.

Biden has 306 electoral votes. They would need to toss out not one, but several states EC votes (again, with the agreement of both houses) totaling at least 37, in order to prevent Biden from winning.

Oh dear another stupid republican plan that will explode in their faces, since that isn't the legal process for Congress to follow over any EV disputes for January 6 Congressional session.

GP is 1000 times more credible than CNN or any "news" source you frequent.
Only in the bizzaro alternate reality occupied by tRump supporters.

Only because what was presented was determined not to be evidence.

The Supreme Court has refused two Trump campaign-led lawsuits, and more than 50 cases have been dismissed from lower courts across the country.

But Brooks dismissed this argument saying that lawyers have been unable to conduct proper discovery. "These cases are not being dismissed because of a lack of evidence, they are being aborted before the trial process was even birthed."
Sounds like he will be presenting evidence to the members of the House. There is the truth about the court cases.

It looks like Republicans will release the Kraken on Jan 6. It will be fun watching the Republicans explaining to the entire country why Biden is a fraud....etc.
Re: your well documented post. This is the Kraken that's been promised. Thank you.

This is an overwhelming rebuke to the cabal that planned this bloodless coup and Corrupt Joe Biden is going
to shit in his Depends when he finds out how his plot to become president is being taken apart.

I hope Kamala Harris didn't resign her seat in Congress (actually, that's not true, I hope she did).

The Legacy propaganda outlets are going to ignore or downplay all this, which will be hard to do
when on the 6th republican members of Congress will stand up and object to the assigning of electoral
votes due to massive fraud and theft of the election.

What a great time to be alive...for us, I mean.
Not so much for the shitbag trolls and Trump haters. They can go to Hell.

It takes @ LEAST two political entities to stave off an oligarchy or an outright dictatorship. In our USA we have two OPPOSING political entities @ current due to a split constituency, with one side of the split favoring tyranny & the other side of the split favoring original intent constitutionally based individual Liberty. In an ideal scenario our USA would have two political entities that work together in a concerted effort to promote both quality of life & individual Liberty while @ the same time working together to minimize the oppressive footprint of government to as small as humanly possible. Due to human nature being what it is @ least @ current, the intent in the preceding sentence is difficult to achieve @ best.

The above stated brings us to the following conclusion. Corruption is alive & well. There is not a lot we as Americans(or for that matter ALL of humanity) can do to corral the corruption problem. Religion(ideology) appears to be the biggest contributor to corruption with physical survival coming in at a close second place. Your frustration as well as with many other folks frustration is based on what you perceive as some folks playing with dynamite, & playing with that dynamite way too close to YOU which could lead to collateral damage(you again). Remember that many folks run on emotions(highly gullible) rather than logic(takes energy/work). Folks tanking up on emotions are about as stable as nitroglycerin like they can be mislead by any tune that attracts them to it. This info can't cure your frustration but it MAY help you see into the minds of your opposition & stay one step ahead of them! Thanks for you post EAB, till next time!

I'll be happy to bet any Trump supporter $100 that he fails to overturn the election. Put your money where your mouth is, you fucking lunatics.

you obv didnt know that in 6 swing states after the counting stopped in the wee hrs all at once, while trump was way ahead in all, biden suddenly got 99.5 to 99.9 % of ALL 400,000 to 600,00 votes counted in multiple states, which is a statistical impossibility? Or that there were 200,000 or so more votes then voters? Are you this much in denial that biden cheated?
