The second World Happiness Report utilised factors such as GDP, life expectancy, social support, “perceptions of corruption”, and “freedom to make life choices”, to assign each country a total score.
I guess they don't count things like "120,000 citizens killed by Mexican drug cartels" or " how many millions of citizens ran away to America" in that index, eh?
What a piece of unmitigated bullshit that index is.
