Has been for a long time. They ignore the statements and testimony after the incident and rewrite their own hate fest. They take not responsibility for their own actions in the affair.

Mistakes on both sides, but Israel did not act out of malice. Navy insisted they had not ships in the area, giving Israel the right to take actions against the ship off their waters during war time.

The torpedo came after the USS Liberty fired on the Israel boats, against Captain's orders.

The safe boats were not shot, but damaged earlier. Israel offered assistance but was refused.

The site does not advertise about the US mistakes but slams Israel even though every investigation said it was an identification mistake. Not like the US has not had their share of friendly fire.

Israel had been attacked and was at war with three nations at the same time, trying to wipe them from existence. The Liberty was thought to be part of that attack.

Allied and germany ships both repainted their ship identifications in the Atlantic. Liberty should have had coloured flares on the bridge for identification if they were having trouble with radio.

A sad mistake on both sides, not an intentional attack on the US off Israeli waters during a war.

Gross negligence on the Israeli's part. I assume they took whatever steps necessary to never fuck up so egregiously against us again.
