Projecting a need for more prison space and state investment based on crime and expansion is better than expanding private prisons. It is also better than paroling more people that need to be in prison to protect the public.

Arkansas is doing much better on education than places like Baltimore. They have lower crime also.

More and more people are acting like animals these days. Rioting, ruining neighborhoods, burning buildings, looting, committing all sorts of crimes.

So I'd like to see a great number of new prisons built. And they should be filled with the rioting animals who steal stuff because they're too fucking lazy to get a job and work for a living.
