These are ways that covid could have been better managed.

#1. The term "essential workers" should have never have been used.
More exact language should have been used such as

Only these industries are allowed to remain open.

Healthcare

Transportation to healthcare and only if you can present an appointment card to the vehicle operator.
If you have an acute emergency, call 911

Grocery stores (not restaurants)

Agriculture (not food processors, manufacturers or packers).

Thrift stores with United Way partnership such as Goodwill, as well as The Salvation Army and the American Red Cross
(not for profit businesses)

Trucking for agricultural groceries, medicine and medical equipment only, nothing else.

No other industries may remain open.

#2. As soon as Trump heard the news from the CDC, CIA and the Secret Service...

He should have been on the TV ordering the shut down, and advising the American public of the issue.
And given 24 hours to abide by the shut down.

#3. All medical staff and drug manufacturers should have been commandeered by the CDC to launch a united common effort.

#4.The Anti government nuts should have filled the jails.

#5.Groceries are paid for by EBT for everyone.
No rent or mortgage can be charged.
No utility bill charges may be charged.

No repossessions, foreclosures or evictions.

:)

Hindsight is 20/20. We probably should have recognized that the very old, the very sick, and the very fat people were the most likely to be saved by measures such as lockdowns, quarantines and experimental drugs. Focusing on the most vulnerable, and simultaneously, focusing on keeping our American way of life, should have taken priority. For me, personally, I believe that that is also the best path forward. Please let that sink in. For some Americans, jabbing very young toddlers is a thing that they want to promote. IMHO they are very, very wrong.

Exactly what the scientist signatories to the Great Barrington Declaration said.....But they were poo-poo-ed by the politicians and technocrats on power trips.

Hindsight was totally unnecessary.
We were screwed by Pravda and gullible democrats.

Years ago I found a book on the sidewalk entitled "The Coming Plague". It scared the crap out of me. I ended up throwing it out my car window onto another sidewalk for some other person to ponder.,,,, Covid was bad, but what this book (available on Amazon) explained was that the "coming plague" has far more potential to change our world then what the Covid has done. Cover-19 has been horrible...Just wait till the real "coming plague" gets here.

The Progs spent every waking day spewing hate at Trump and accusing him of things. For the good of the country, they didn't even work with him. That tells me that the perfect Progressive Socialist Party is the real cult. A godless one that watches people die and suffer for the good of the Party.
