Actually, if you want to talk about "should," we SHOULD issue a blanket ban on immigration by anyone professing Islam as their religion of choice.

But for the time being, the ban should be extended to any nation that does not have the infrastructure to support detailed background checks for anyone seeking to come to the U.S. I don't know where Uzbekstan falls in this test.
