Former Arbuckle high school student files lawsuit claiming racism, assault

The student, who graduated this past school year, said one teacher used a racial slur. During a separate incident, that same teacher is accused of slamming his head on a desk.

If he can prove it, more power to him, and good tactic, graduating before bringing the action, to avoid possible reprisal.

I'm all for cameras in the classroom, along with being able to record what is being said.
If there is no actual proof, then it's just, he said, she said and can't move forward.
As to any teachers slamming student's heads onto desktops, if they are high school students, the violent behavior of some, deserve it.
