And how, exactly, do you think that is possible when Obama is saying that there will be no ground war?

There is no plans to really remove jack from Assad. The more likely outcome is that those chemicals will be ‘lost’ once the bombing starts and the regime is destabilized. Then we can fret over how terrorists have sarin rather than Assad.
