What actions could 'the people' take that would change how the court operates?

I agree that most people are too distracted and oblivious to be good citizens, but there are many reasons for that. They must work for a living, and they are under constant pressure from MSM to buy into absurd propaganda.

For example, people could stop producing unwanted pregnancies, then the court wouldn't have to decide the abortion issue.
