There should be laws that stipulate if one goes underground the minimum they can be paid is 100 dollars per hour.

so you dont use any public utilities, such as electricity, water, gas, and sewer systems?.....

Just for the record:
No one's perfect, but many of us do what we can. My wife and I currently have an EV hybrid, solar panels, delicious well water, a propane tank, and a self-created septic system. I use a small amount of diesel to run my lawn mower, far less to run my 20 HP tractor. Rarely even drive my P/U truck.
I'm also retired and no Democrat. I've never advised anyone to code nor considered it a political issue.
What we need to do is stop burning carbon based fuels from sources long sequestered underground. We get that far and our grandchildren can worry about the next priority.
Look on the bright side. We can still burn fallen tree waste, trash, and yard debris. Oh, you don't have a yard? Well, there ya go. How long have your been an adult on this planet? Still can't change a tire? You're an idiot.
