I believe that much of this nonsense is being orchestrated. But consider the young adults at these protests. They have been convinced that our world will be "toast in less than 12 years for their entire life. Who could blame them when their teachers, the TV, the celebrities etc ALL tell them that ALL the "scientist" agree and only weirdos ask questions about it? Why would they set long term goals such as buying a house, starting a family, saving for retirement etc.. when Greta told them we have only 12 years left. They must be damn resentful and jealous of the "boomers" that did this to the Earth......So they are eager to go stop traffic. After all why the hell not ...the Earth is doomed...Everyone knows that! (sarcasm).

Greta forgot all about the Climate Cult and now protests to gas the Jews with all her spare time.

Nuclear power has come a very long way since Three Mile Island. If we focused on that energy supply, it could be argued that much of our fossil fuel use could be reduced by using electricity. Also Research and development IMHO is a far more sensible approach to eventually not needing so much oil. EV's are not a viable solution, at this time, just a fool's folly. I knew this from the start, it was not hard to come to this conclusion, but only now have the drawbacks been openly discussed.

Drawbacks? The destruction of the environment from slave labor mines. The reliance on China to make them. The increased weight, that uses more energy, destroys roadways and increases tire pollution. The dangers from fires in accidents and while charging, the cost of tax dollars to subsidize them and charging stations, the loss of freedom of movement due to charging requirements, the cost of buying them and charging them and insuring them and not having any resale value. Thats just a start. Also the dangers of evacuating hurricanes, snow storms and cold weather causing deadly traffic jams, etc...That's just off the top of my head.....and I saw all of this from the very fricken start of this scam. All those charging stations are going to be just like "pay phones" are now,, OBSOLETE in about 5 years.... what a waste...unless you're the tweeker cutting the charging cables for a few bucks worth of copper.

As we read about Climate Activists going round spraying orange paint on everything they can find to vandalize it, the question must be asked, what exactly do they want? What agenda are the pushing for? They never say. All you hear is they are upset nothing is being done about global warming.

The sense that I get is, they want the global economies to simply shut down and contract like during Covid. They want people to stop traveling like they do, they want people to stop buying houses and cars that are too big to fuel and heat and cool, they want people to have less money to spend as a rule in order to have this happen. People will then stop having as many kids because they can no longer afford them, and the human population will contract along with it.

That is the sense I get from all the Left-wing climate activists. They simply want less of you and want you to suffer in any way that is needed to get less of you and have you have less along the way.

This is not a good message.

How about this instead, find a carbon free source of energy like nuclear power and demand the world governments use it to its maximum potential? That would make far more sense that it would to demand everyone have to buy EV's that are more expensive and that can ever replace all the gas cars on the road that are fueled by electricity that comes from fossil fuels and makes no sense other than making people do with less.

I get the sense, however, that these people hate humanity more than they do climate change.

That is why these same folks hate nuclear power.

Most of the people doing this care nothing about the climate or planet they just want attention and a viral moment.

If these kids could step back and ponder...What if the warming trend is mainly due to solar fluctuations, not the tiny percentage of CO2 in the air? What if global warming is a good thing for the planet? What if the hype about increased catastrophic weather events is not true? What if all these people (Al Gore) that have gotten obscenely rich from the narrative have ulterior motives? What if the plan of all of us sacrificing our nations wealth is a hair brain scheme cooked up by crooks? It used to be that young radicals would "rage against the machine" and "question authority"....now it seems they are blocking roads... and spray painting Stone Henge to actually advance the machine. ????

In the 1970's hippies were the "counterculture". Taking it to the street, to end the war with "peace protest". Some were radical and violent (Yippies for example) but most IMHO were simply aware that that war needed to be resolved and Nixon was dragging his feet while people were being slaughtered. Fast forward to 2024. The protesters don't want anything specific. They don't march against the 300,000 dead Ukrainian and Russian war soldiers. They don't protest about sham elections or Biden's senility....oh nooooo..now they "protest" about student admission fees, and "climate change", and things like the "free the nipple " nonsense. Sad really... our youth used to be a "reality check" ...now they seem to be just souls without direction, expressing anger and spray painting stuff.

Translation = the highly correlated satellite and balloon data showed precisely NO WARMING in the atmosphere during 3+ decades of increasing atmospheric Co2. That data was then FUDGED in 2005 with laughable BS.

Since Co2 does nothing, what does cause Earth climate change?

The first part is understanding what is climate and what is weather. Climate is the parameters of Earth that allow certain ranges of weather. We don't get Cat 10 canes now, but we would if Earth had no ice. What are the parameters of climate that can change? Ocean levels Atmospheric...
