I do not like Trump, but the claims against him are all totally false.

We all listened to the audio of the conversation between Trump and Zelensky, and all Trump asked for was a fair investigation as to what Hunter got paid millions for.
J6 could not have affected the inauguration 2 weeks later, in any possible way.
Presidents can legally give themselves permanent copies of all the classified docs they want.
There was no "obstruction", and instead the FBI raid was totally illegal.
The was no bookkeeping violation. Bragg lied about what the law says.
Donations are voluntary and after Citizens United, anything is legal.
There was no "election interference" in Georgia.

The rest is just silly, whether it is true or not.

I disagree.
The only way Harris could have won would have been if Biden had prevented any prosecution of Trump.
She also would have had to have criticized Biden's handling of the wars, deficits, blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline, etc.

He cannot pardon himself, because the charges are state charges. It is very, very unlikely that the NY Governor will pardon him. His sentencing could be delayed or reduced, but jail is still a possibility. In the trump way of doing things, he will delay, appeal, and deny...hoping that the charges disappear. And they certainly may, but MAGA must be proud of their Felon in Chief.

And just never mind that the "felony charges" were actually minor campaign finance violations that are misdemeanors under federal law, that Biden's own Justice Department declined to file charges over them, and that Hillary Clinton committed more serious campaign finance violations and was merely required to pay a fine to the FEC, right? Just never mind those facts, right?

And, FYI, the "34 felony charges" were really only one campaign finance violation. The lawless, unethical DA Bragg decided to make each individual hush-money payment a separate charge. No reputable DA does that. That's as petty as charging a shoplifter with eight counts of shoplifting because he stole eight items. No DA does that. They simply charge the person with shoplifting and cite the eight items as the evidence of the charge.

What do you think reasonable people would say if a DA charged someone with 10counts of murder because he shot his victim 10 times when he murdered him? They would view it as silly and unnecessary. No ethical, responsible DA would do that.
