What a crock of bullshit and spin. Even if all true and as great as you are trying to make it sound, this is the work of a junior officer, I don't see anything in there about dealing with world affairs, controlling hostile foreign nations, keeping world peace, settling global conflicts, setting up international trade, fixing immigration, dealing with crises, or combating crime.
