It must have, right? Otherwise, why would a charity only 10 years old and with billions of dollars in donations go out of business?
Is there no more AIDS in Africa? This is the one Hilary always touted when talking about how important the Clinton Global Initiative is for the world.
So, why did the charity really close its doors?
Could it be these foreign governements that donated to the CGI were buying access to American elected officials, and Hillary losing elimates that motivation to donate?
