Tired of all the politics - something a little different to offer. US Government has approved visit by Boeing to Iraq. What future damage could come of this, if any?

Tired of all the politics - something a little different to offer. US Government has approved visit by Boeing to Iraq. What future damage could come of this, if any?

I believe the current sanctions prevents Boeing from selling their aircraft to Iran. If they come back with a promise of aircraft orders they would lobby Congress to remove the sanctions.

Well, I suppose they can just continue to buy Airbus and Tupolev aircraft. Heaven forbid that an American company compete for business.

When Iran stops funding terrorist organizations in the middle-east and developing nuclear capable ICBM's the sanctions should be lifted.

Why wouldn't they be privy to all the technical details of how a Boeing is assembled, where all the "nooks and crannies" are hidden ... and what else? Hell, we know from 9/11 that they've come to the US and trained to fly.

The sanctions should be lifted. Oh. Well, fine ... let's just make up for our neglect and just put together whole fleets of planes, circa WWII style fleets of hundreds of planes and drop tons and tons of pigs all over the place. "When pigs fly" they may not kill anybody on descent, and it may not be what they want ... but pigs are food for the masses. Right?
