Congress already did pass a law letting refugees in, back in 1965.

Ok - that was 50 years ago. If we want to do it now, pass a new law.

Why would they have to pass a new law?

As you pointed out, according to the Constitution, Congress has the authority to establish uniform rules for naturalization. They did, 50 years ago.

Pass a new law making it illegal to bring Muslims into the country, of course.

So when the founders determined that a child born to US parents outside the US was considered a natural born citizen at birth in the Naturalization Act of 1790....only 2 years after the constitution was ratified, they were violating the constitution?

After all, being a citizen at birth has nothing to do with naturalization, being the literal opposite of it.

So did the Founders not understand the Constitution? Or is it just you? THINK.

And what evidence do you have that any Muslim refugee allowed into this country has killed a gay person?
