Yes, it is still legal to receive necessary medical care in Texas. However, everyone should understand pretty soon it will change. Stricter regulations is the first step to complete ban of abortions.
When government intervenes with abortions and women's rights there is always a possibility something similar will happen in the United States. The system is deaf to the cries of a 10-year-old rape survivor. Doesn't she deserve a chance to live? Why do you think her life is less important than her baby's life? It was not her choice. And this time she definitely deserves some.
