I stand by that....had he not used the bump stock, all of his rounds would have gone into the crowd, and he would not have lost any going over and out of the stadium.

He murdered 58 firing over 1000 or more rounds........so the vast majority of rounds didn't hit anyone......and that is in large part due to the vibration of the rifle with the bump stock....

Had he simply fired into the crowd, more people would have died.....

Neither is deadlier because they are both inanimate objects.

An inanimate object is only deadly until a person uses one to hurt someone else. So as always my solution is to remove crazy people, dopeheads and criminals from society. Then neither rental trucks or bump stocks will be a danger to anyone beyond purely accidental circumstances.

Get rid the people who want to hurt others and we will a whole lot of things no longer need to be regulated. Right now a whole shit load of people have bump stocks and rental trucks that never hurt anyone with them because they are decent and moral people.

How can we be having this argument about bump stocks without talking about the motivation of Stephen Paddock and the FBI's political agenda? It's obvious that Paddock planned his crime to coincide with the country concert and his obvious plan was to take out every young Trump supporter. The reluctance of the FBI to come up with a motive that would be obvious to the most casual watcher of CSI is indicative of an era where the top federal enforcement becomes the bitch of a radical democrat regime.

He had a commercial pilots license....he could have rented a plane, filled it with cans of gas....and flown it directly into the crowd....killing far more people.......
