Yes, they lied. That they really thought that we were dumb enough to believe it is nuts. What amazes me is that not even a single talking head on Fox, before this came out, pointed out how absolutely unconstitutional that even the idea of such a board was; all they complained about was who was going to lead the board. The outrage over this should have been so loud that it the pain was unbearable.
