This is the irony of the rioters posing as protesters. Poor communities who rely on local businesses for their food, prescriptions and other vital goods will now have to travel. The inconvenience and lost local revenue aside, what if they require bus and it isn't running?
Even the message itself has been stifled. Now, instead of peaceful protests going on all night, there was a forced curfew. So, peaceful protesters will say "why do we have to go home at 8, we are peacefully protesting and getting our message across"?
Well, that blame has to be laid at the feet of so many who exploited this, from random looters to ANTIFA. Some of them probably don't even know that rioting has occurred as their favourite media source isn't covering it.
