Actually Road runner is white and I'm Black. Also there were no mental gymnastics required except maybe in the case of people with lower intellects like you.

From what I read, this series of numbers is ALREADY USED as a term in itself.
It is already an established code word, like other TEXT language or shorthand.

As for the argument for the state, if the vehicle flips over, the plate could be read as the flip side.
The staff screeners are given a list of combinations to look out for,
and should have caught this the first time.

I don't see how they would have caught it at all except it had to be on that list of slang.

Having just visited Houston recently I was shocked. I used to live there. It was bad in the early '90s. It's horrific now. The "open carry" mentality has run amok. And yet the crime rate is down. Scared white people....just white men shitting their little jockey straps over a black POTUS.
