This one station that I listen to in my area, WMTN that is, they play classic country music and as far as I know, the only singer that they don't play for some unknown reason is the late and legendary Billy Joe Royal who actually had the most of his momentum in country music back in the late 1980s. Why he isn't played on the station, I have no idea.
