Why Do Only Liberals Groups Get A History Month?

The "months" are usually in recognition of a minority and their contributions to American society.

Don't worry...in a few years you'll be able to have a Caucasian history month because we will be in the minority.

You might even be able to get a Republican history month even sooner...

This month is Gay history month. Yet another Democrat special interest gets to tell us about their history in America yet for some reason it seems only the left gets to do this. It's ether breast-cancer awareness month, Black history month, Latino History month, or some other liberal group's month.

Can anyone name a Republican group that is represented by a federally recognized month?

Breast cancer awareness is a liberal cause?

The OP is such a victim.

Defunct observances [edit]

The following observances have been mandated or authorized by Congress or the President, but are no longer proclaimed or observed on a regular basis.

March 21 (1982-1988): Afghanistan Day
June 14 (1982–1992): Baltic Freedom Day
June 25, 1987: National Catfish Day

Libs get a month and cons get day.

Well, not really a day because every day that doesn't patronize a lib seems to cover everybody, not just conservatives.

Nice try though.

Feel free to point out a Republican month from your list.

The months by presidential proclamation? You've had Republican presidents for 20 of the last 32 years...

...go cry about it to them.

How about 'Why We Believe Men Have The Right To Control A Woman's Reproductive System' month?

You would think any dumb twat would be able to control her own reproductive system without the benefit state aid...............................It all comes down to CHOICE.....a responsible or irresponsible one...........Simple Eh ?

I can't understand why the Republicans are losing the women's vote.

I am just waiting for Constitution Awareness Month.. because it is definitely a minority of people that understand the simple writing of it, the limits it puts on government, and just how much it is getting trampled

The history is being invented now in preparation.

Elderly, left handed, obese , height challenged midgets need a special "month" too lest they feel discriminated against............

To raise everyone elses "awareness"..................

And increase the self esteem of elderly, left handed, height challenged midgets of course

Uh,.....the point is those observances are designed to get votes. Everyone does it, but Democrats like to focus on voters that strongly support them and are assumed to be Democrats. Large groups of minorities and women voters who vote primarily for liberal causes. Personally I think the practice is horseshit regardless who does it
