Namely, that she was lured by a recruiter to summer parties hosted by co-defendant Jeffrey Epstein at an Upper East Side mansion on East 71st St., tied to a bed and forcibly raped by Trump, who slapped her with an open hand and told her he would do whatever he pleased with her.
And I would rather take the word of Trump over a Gold-Digger who named her cat "Vagina".
Tara Reid was sexually-assaulted by Biden when he was a Senator, but because he was a big important Senator with connections, she was harassed and even threatened into fearing for her life, forcing her to leave the country.
And If Trump was even remotely guilty of spitting on the sidewalk, Manhattan would have him arrested immediately.

What is a Felony? That's easy. And also a recent contrivance. It's the matter of being convicted of a crime which could lead to incarceration for a length of more than one calendar year. That's it. That's all. It doesn't speak to the severity of a crime, nor is it uniform amongst states. It's a somewhat arbitrary line, rife with the opportunity for malfeasance.
