Why Does Trump Face Felony Charges? What is a felony 101

Did O. J. rape EJ Carroll?
MANHATTAN (CN) - A woman who says Donald Trump raped her at a private sex party when she was 13 years old refiled a lawsuit against him Friday, two weeks after voluntarily dismissing a suit based on the same claims.

The new complaint, filed in the federal court in Manhattan, restates plaintiff Jane Doe's claims of the earlier lawsuit. Namely, that she was lured by a recruiter to summer parties hosted by co-defendant Jeffrey Epstein at an Upper East Side mansion on East 71st St., tied to a bed and forcibly raped by Trump, who slapped her with an open hand and told her he would do whatever he pleased with her.

I can tell these motherfuckers are getting desperate, because the Kangaroo Court action only helped Trump.

So now they're trying to dig up some anonymous woman's rape case against Trump that supposedly was dismissed.

And folks like you will lap it up like dogs.

What are the “other crimes?”
For fun:

This Jury has been seriously underrated. Attacks on them were personal. They're New Yorkers. They're tough yet fair. Something Trump never learned to be because he was always an outsider -- an incredibly wealthy trust fund baby who was born on third base. Can't blame him for being who he is because being in the Lucky Sperm Club is a roll of the dice. But we can fault him for what he ultimatley became -- a disgusting degenerate, with no self-awareness.

“accessorial liability”

Justice Merchan is now at the point of the instructions where he’s describing “accessorial liability,” the portion that suggests the defendant doesn't need to have actively participated in the commission of the crime to be found guilty, as long as he in some way directed or intentionally aided the criminal conduct of someone else. In this case, that relates to the alleged falsification of business records.

“accessorial liability”

The jury now hears the complex charges: Trump faces 34 counts of falsifying business records to conceal a second crime, a conspiracy to aid an election by unlawful means. The options for those unlawful means include several other crimes.

So, again, each individual criminal charge here contains within it several other crimes. No wonder the jurors asked to hear this again.

A few facts in quotes --

Why Does Trump Face Felony Charges? What is a felony 101 -- Mr. Trump faces 34 felony counts.

A felony is a crime of greater seriousness than a misdemeanor, and conviction of a felony carries the possible penalty of a year or more in prison.

Falsifying business records in New York State can be a misdemeanor, but prosecutors can bring the charge as a felony if they believe the records were falsified to conceal another crime.

Manhattan district attorney Alvin L. Bragg had suggested that Mr. Trump concealed three potential crimes, although he has not charged him with any of those.

Prosecutors do not need to prove such crimes were committed — only that there was “the intent to commit or conceal” an additional crime
.

Records related to the reimbursement of Michael Cohen = 34 counts of falsifying business records: 11 counts involve the checks issued to Mr. Cohen, 11 center on monthly invoices Mr. Cohen submitted to the company, and 12 involve entries in the general ledger for Mr. Trump’s trust.
So what were Trumps imaginary “felonies” and did the Politically motivated family court Judge wait until THE END IF THE TRIAL to disclose them?

Believe what you want.

America is not going to put a convicted felon into the Oval Office.

The underlying crime does not have to be listed in the indictment. That is a NY state rule.

In court, the other crimes were put forth. You just choose to ignore the truth.

We've done it before... See George Washington...

The jury was prejudiced.

Should have declared a mistrial.

The DA stacked a bunch of other crimes on top of the same misdemeanor repeated 34 times, it doesn't mean jack squat if evidence was never presented in court, and the fact that this stacking of offenses was never allowed to be addressed by the Defense only shows the dishonesty of the DAs office.
