years jews jumped around from place to place depending on

Yes---depending on time and place IN THOSE AREAS. Being
controlled by the OTTOMAN EMPIRE did not mitigate the filth

Agreed but Christians have been responsible for some very egregious actions, e.g., the early Crusades, the Holocaust, pograms, ghettos, expulsion of Jews from Spain and England, and Jewry Laws, that I don't believe the Muslims ever matched. Note that when the Muslims conquered Jerusalem, they spared the Jews there. When the Christian crusaders conquered Jerusalem, they massacred the Jews there.
