"So, how can one say they've proved or not proved anything?"
Look, Jr., here's is how it works in the adult world of real people:
The election procedures established by the individual states and the United States 'proved' who won.
Here's THAT proof:
- The vote count was reviewed at the polling site.
- The vote count was reviewed and verified at the county or next level of authority.
- The vote count was reviewed and verified at the State level authority.
- The vote was certified by the State legislatures.
- The United States Department of Justice stated they found no evidence of significant enough fraud to change any election.
- Any number of re-counts, hand-counts, audits, of various locales found no significant changes.
- The vote was certified by the United States Congress.
On the other hand, you...and others here .....say your 'proof' is vote counts done during the night. Your proof is bamboo ballots, ballot eating chickens, Italian satellites, affidavits that turn out to be hearsay, or 'impressions'. Your 'proof' is Mellissa Carone, etc. etc.
When needing to gather, organize and present that 'proof' to courts of law in the required fashion....over 60 courts at various levels, including the Supreme Court......told your side 'there's no there there'.
Boiling it down: America proved the election was legitimate and proper. Your side has not shown that it wasn't.
The burden of proof is the responsibility of your side.
