2030 is the usual date for the one child policy to start biting China's butt.

However with the Chinese persecution of Christians, Muslims,Hong-kongera and the persecution of engineers who got their degree some place other than China and bribes to get exit visas coming back in fashion the decline in population seems more likely to happen in 28 or 29. With a helping hand from India passing China in GDP growth and population China will become the wrong bet perhaps even faster than even I will suspect.
