Will Pelosi send the Impeachment proceedings over to the Senate ?

Will she do nothing with it, and just let it stay a House thing, and nothing more ?

:dunno:t
she has 2 more weeks of reprieve, and to accomplish anything she hopes to do.

By the rules, it can not be sent over, while congress and the Senate are on break and not in session... they are due back, January 7th

Hey, toughtits, she had PLENTY of time to do this BEFORE the recess.

Unknown...

But Trump won't let it set for long as he will petition SCOTUS to force her to proceed. Its a worthless piece of paper if the Senate never see's it.
It's not worthless to the Democrats. They see it (with all its Trump bashing) as good press for their 2020 campaign effort

A Senate hearing would work just the opposite way. Instead of being rigged for the Democrats, it would be chock full of pro-Trump testimonies.

Good chance it'll never go to the Senate. It's nothing more than a goofball, Democrat publicity stunt.

Well, as long as she DOESN'T do this, the "impeachment" is NOT official. Some of the brain dead liberal lunatics that post on this site don't seem to understand this.
that's only an opinion of one or two lawyers, while many more law professors believe and state, otherwise.... because there is no Constitutional direction or command of when they must be turned over to the Senate.... there can be no cancellation of the vote that took place, to impeach.... for not turning them over to the senate immediately...

Pelosi has been using impeachment to muddy the IG report and so she will do the same when the Durham report is released....but it won't work like she thinks it will...the people don't need the media anymore and we are not as stupid as she thinks we are and unlike her we can walk and chew gum at the same time....we can follow the Durham report and watch her sideshow at the same time....

If the polls and focus groups are telling Nancy that holding onto those Articles are hurting her chances to keep the House majority and her speakership, then Trump or no Trump, she gonna send 'em over and tell her caucus to go find something else to impeach Trump for a 2nd time. I have no doubt she hates Trump, but I'm guessing she'll hate to lose her speakership even more.

she did?

no, she did not have plenty of time.... less than a day or two, before they all high tailed their rear ends, out of there!

Speaker Pelosi will send it when she is ready. She heads a "co-equal" branch of government.
and, she is third in line to the presidency... the third most powerful position in the Country...

Dimms know they are fucked in 2020, so they need dirt on Trump and pray that can convince people to vote against their own self interests and put in a communist to fuck themselves over.

Not much of a plan, but it’s their plan.

Can anyone cite any laws that Speaker Pelosi is violating by withholding the articles of impeachment until she has some assurance of a fair trial in the Senate? She is certainly not violating the Constitution.
